TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of sk00p, operated by Atten-X Companiess LLC, DBA sk00p. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility
    • You must be at least 13 years old to use sk00p.
    • If under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental permission.
  2. Account and Usage
    • You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, especially misuse or abuse of the platform.
  3. Image Generation, Uploads, and Variations

    3.1 Content Ownership and Responsibility

    You are fully and solely responsible for:

    • Ensuring you have rights to load, modify, or make derivative works from any image you use
    • Compliance with copyright laws, publicity rights, and licensing agreements
    • All legal consequences of publishing, distributing, or commercializing AI-generated content

    We do not verify or moderate user content, and we do not guarantee that generated outputs are free from IP or ethical conflicts.

    3.2 Storage Policy

    • All generated and uploaded images may be stored for up to 30 days.
    • Images may be permanently deleted without warning after this period.
    • Long-term storage may be available in the future for an additional fee.

    3.3 Use of API Tokens

    • sk00p may perform AI operations using platform-owned API tokens.
    • Abuse or excessive use of these tokens may result in account suspension or restriction.
    • We may limit certain generation or upload features at our sole discretion.
  4. Content Restrictions

    You may not use this platform to:

    • Upload or generate illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
    • Create deepfakes, defamatory content, or content that impersonates others.
    • Violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
  5. Credits and Payments
    • All payments for credits are final and non-refundable.
    • Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
    • Pricing and credit value are subject to change at any time with notice.
  6. Service Availability and Performance
    • sk00p is provided "as is" and "as available."
    • We do not guarantee uptime, feature availability, or output quality.
    • Downtime, bugs, and API model changes may occur without warning.
  7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for any damages arising from use, misuse, or inability to use the platform.
    • We are not responsible for content generated, uploaded, or shared by users.
    • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
  8. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atten-X Companiess LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
    • Your use of the platform.
    • Your content.
    • Your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
  9. Jurisdiction
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
    • All disputes will be resolved in its state or federal courts.
  10. Changes
    • We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
